Cancellations

As a policy, orders once placed cannot be cancelled. However, the whole order amount for the products ordered by you will be refunded if the order is lost or undelivered to your preferred location.

MangoBazaar reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.

Returns

Mangoes are perishable products which is why they cannot be naturally stored for long durations of time. Hence as a policy, any order once delivered cannot be returned

Replacements

In a case where, a recipient has received the package where –

a. More than 30% (i.e., 3-5 mangoes in a 1 dozen) are completely damaged – We may at our discretion consider replacement of such damaged quantities of mangoes only, provided the Recipient provides with pictures of the completely damaged mangoes. However the recipient shall report of such damage within 24 hours of receiving the package. Any complaint received after 24 hours of delivery of the package will not be valid.

In such a case such quantities of mangoes shall be shipped to the recipient only with your next order or the shipping cost will have to be borne by the recipient or

b. More than 60% (i.e., 8-12 mangoes in a 1 dozen) are completely damaged – We may at our discretion consider replacement of such damaged quantities of mangoes only, provided the Recipient provides with pictures of the completely damaged mangoes. However the recipient shall report of such damage within 24 hours of receiving the package. Any complaint received after 24 hours of delivery of the package will not be valid.

In such a case, Mango Bazaar will bear the shipping cost of the replacement mangoes.

Please Note: 1-2 mangoes being spoilt due to heat or other factors is a normal loss of goods and will not be compensated for.

NOTE – Fruit weight is always measured at harvest. 10-20% weight loss can occur due to moisture loss while ripening.
